Lunch at Saint Joe’s

Lunch always begins with prayer. Students eat by grade in the school cafeteria, with recess in the schoolyard just before or after (or in classrooms when the weather doesn’t cooperate). Little Sharks (2.9), Preschool, and Pre-K students eat in the Early Childhood building.

Families can pack lunch from home or order through our hot lunch program. Seating arrangements and accommodations for students with food allergies are made with the school nurse and each family.

Lunch Boxes: Monday–Thursday

Hot lunches delivered by EZ School Apps are available for Little Sharks (2.9) through Grade 8. Families order and pay online each month, with prices varying by item.

Pizza Friday

Pizza from Needham House of Pizza is served every Friday, with chicken nuggets also available for Kindergarten through Grade 8. Families choose a selection for the full school year. Order forms are shared each summer, and selections can’t be changed once the year begins.

When does the program start?

Lunch Boxes begin the first week of school.

How do I order?

Order for the month on the EZ School Apps website. Ordering opens before each month begins and stays open for a set window. Once it closes, you won’t be able to order for that day.

How do I keep track of what I ordered?

In the EZ School Apps calendar menu, items you ordered appear in blue. Items you didn’t order appear in gray.

What does it cost, and how do I pay?

Prices vary by item. Payment is handled directly through EZ School Apps.

Can I change my order after submitting it?

Some orders can be adjusted up to 3 days in advance through EZ School Apps.

What if my child is absent?

Unfortunately, lunches can’t be refunded for absences.
