SJS Field Hockey 2024
All girls, grades 5-8. All levels of ability are welcome to join!
When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30-5:00, Hillside School in Needham
Games will be announced by the coaching staff.
Gear Needed: Athletic clothing, shin guards, cleats, mouth guard, goggles (please make sure they are for field hockey), stick, water
Cost: $150.00 per player
Parents are responsible for transportation to and from practices and games.

I hereby release Saint Joseph School, St. Joseph Parish, the Archdiocese of Boston, and any and all of St. Joseph's employee and volunteers from any and all claims, rights and causes of action which may arise from injuries to my child in the course of his/her participation in the above activity. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Saint Joseph School, St. Joseph Parish, the Archdiocese of Boston, and any and all St. Joseph's employees and volunteers from and against any and all claims which may be brought by or on behalf of my child for personal injuries arising out of his/her participation in this activity. I understand and accept that there are risks of injury participating in this activity.
